Meet our 2023-2024 board
This year’s board consists of 6 wonderful people who work so hard to keep this club going. Our goal is to make sure you have a fun and easy experience with volunteering and signing up for events. Along with helping with our community, we put on events for our members such as mixers, meetings, banquets, and plenty more!
Masami Fumimoto
Grade: 12
Position: President
Hey Everyone! I’m Masami and I’m this year’s President! I joined Interact because I was looking for a new opportunity to support my community. I am filled with gratitude to be a part of this club and to meet such kind people who are willing to help out. Volunteering has been such an important part of my life, and I hope you guys can join this club to make positive impacts for the community! Besides Interact, I love to bake/cook, play volleyball/piano, and spend time with friends.
Yuko Kamibayashi

Position: Vice President
Hi, I’m Yuko and I’m this year’s VP! I play percussion, I can draw, and I love watching shows! I joined Interact because I wanted to feel the experience of volunteering and I also wanted to meet new people. I hope this year can be an awesome experience for Interacters!
Andrew Yan

Position: CSC
Hello! My name is Andrew Yan, a Junior. As a CSC this year I reach out to different volunteering sites and organize events. I have played piano for a good portion of my life, and have recently started guitar. I am a part of the swim team, and have also committed most of my life to the sport as well. I joined Interact to find more volunteering opportunities, and was happy to find so many events. I would like to give back and try to make my own fun events this year. Looking forward to meeting you!
Taeyi Ko

Hi everyone! I am Taeyi, a senior and I am one of this year’s CSCs. I enjoy going outdoors and hanging out with friends. I love doing outdoor activities like swimming and playing tennis. I have been on the Varsity Tennis team for four years. I look forward to meeting you all!
Minah Shin

Hey! I’m Minah Shin, this year’s Secretary! Through Interact I had fun volunteering with friends at new places and meeting new people. I hope I can help all of you experience Interact the same way I have. If you ever want to chat about K-Pop, anime, or manga with me, I welcome you!
Alison Goucher

Position: Tech Coordinator
Hello mortal souls! I am Alison, this year’s Tech Coordinator, responsible for updating the website. I joined Interact as an opportunity to help my community and make new friends. I have played soccer for 12 years now and I am on the West Varsity Soccer team. I enjoy playing video games, watching TV and anime, and reading books/manga. I hope to make this year very fun for you all!!!! :)
